  • Since founding Perpetuity Legal in 2019, Lav has solely focused on delivering exceptional Wills & Estate law services with genuine care and understanding. As an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates with a Master of Applied Law, he brings over 17 years of dedicated expertise to help clients make informed and confident decisions about their future.

    A respected member of legal committees and a regular industry presenter, Lav balances his professional passion with family time, gardening, and staying active through yoga and cycling. His considered approach combines focused expertise with a warm, human centric approach, helping bring calm and clarity to complex legal decisions.

Stephanie Cook

Practice Manager

  • As Practice Manager, Stephanie brings over 20 years of varied experience in health care within a background of occupational therapy and psychology, providing a unique blend of knowledge, understanding, and organisational skills to the team. Stephanie understands the importance of integrity and considering every person's unique circumstances.

    Having been part of Perpetuity Legal's journey since its inception in 2019, Stephanie ensures the firm runs smoothly whilst maintaining its client first approach. Her background in healthcare brings a warm and fresh perspective to legal services, focusing on understanding people's needs and finding solutions that work for them. Outside of finding solutions at work, Stephanie enjoys being involved in her community, gardening, and family time.

Jaime Ashworth

Senior Associate

  • As a Senior Associate, Jaime brings a unique combination of legal expertise and behavioural science understanding to her work across estate planning, probate and estate administration, and estate litigation. With a Masters of Laws (Applied Law) almost completed, and over five years of dedicated experience in Wills & Estates, she approaches each client matter with both precision and compassion.

    Experienced in non-standard grant applications, complex estate administration matters, and contested probate proceedings, Jaime helps guide her clients through sensitive discussions with understanding and care. When not collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional outcomes, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and long distance running.

Kaitlin Coles
